Founded company, implemented initial designs with brand vision and created roadmap balancing needs of business, consumers, and suppliers. Employed, mentored and led professional agile team including engineering, design, development and marketing (team size of 8). Oversee development of marketing, advertising plan and consumer research to determine customers, and launch markets. Built solid relationships with 3rd party hotel suppliers, secured travel license partnerships, trained and gained relevant accreditations to become fully bonded. Created business plan with full financial forecasts and led company to crowd and angel funding success. Continuously tested and addressed any issues during product testing. Managed product launch from private alpha testing through beta, converting test users in to active users, now processing multiple bookings per day. Designed and led development on bespoke CMS (Content Management System). Created custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) using Filemaker. Database management with ongoing updates and coding maintenance. Arranged and performed successful product demonstrations and held weekly updates with stakeholders. Performed sales, trend, and profitability analysis. Setting and managing pricing for product release to meet revenue and profitability goals. Responsible for all investment, financial resources and P&L accountability. Managed external mid to back office systems and API integration process.
